Webb makes some cracks about herself and her family and tells amusing stories about horrible dates she went on. How to hack the online dating game: All she did was post nicer pictures and make a more lively profile. I salute her for making this a 17 minute TED Talk. Odds are you may turn off more people than you attract. Better yet, find a better way to spin it in a positive light. I found it incredibly interesting that those guys were willing to put so much more effort into shit talking a fake internet persona, than they were willing to try to genuinely impress a person they found attractive in the first place.
This talk has very good qualities.

Use the 20 hour rule. Shoot for business hours or evenings. Avoid mentioning specific comedians, shows, books, musicians or movies unless those are top-tier attributes on your list. Holy hell she's intense. I just think her priorities are a little screwy. I created both fake male and female profiles. It wasn't anything she specifically did.
